Please complete your shopping experience at The Zinnia Edit with absolute confidence in quality of product and customer service. With this in mind, we offer refunds and exchanges under our returns policy as follows:

- It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
- Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
- Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any items.
- Exchange or refund will only be offered if an item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned item with no additional damage to the item or the packaging.
- Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise The Zinnia Edit within 2 days of receiving it. Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
- Our returns/exchanges policy applies to all sales.
- The Zinnia Edit reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.

Free shipping over $200 is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional codes

All orders under this value attract a $9.95 flat rate for standard shipping or $14.95 for express. Excludes any of the heavy stuff - Further details below.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 2 business days.**
We ship with Australia Post and packages usually arrive between 2-11* business days, depending on where you live and the Parcel Post delivery times.

*Due to COVID-19 and staff shortages, deliveries may be delayed, check the Australia Post website for the latest delivery times.

We offer 1-2 business day local delivery within the Macedon Ranges for a flat fee of $4.95
